Overview
Snow Resort Manager is a single-player resort simulation game. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum required for the app to function on your device.
Information We Collect
- Game progress — resort state, buildings, staff, and settings are stored locally on your device via standard iOS storage (UserDefaults).
- Photos & camera (optional) — if you use Resort Snapshot, images you capture or import stay on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.
- Microphone (optional) — accessed only when you record video with sound inside the app. We do not upload recordings to our servers.
Information We Do Not Collect
- No account registration or login required
- No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
- No sale of personal data to third parties
- No third-party analytics SDKs inside the game
Permissions
The app may request the following iOS permissions only when you use related features:
- Camera — to photograph your resort progress in Resort Snapshot
- Photo Library — to import existing photos into Resort Snapshot
- Microphone — to record audio when capturing video updates
You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Snow Resort Manager.
Children's Privacy
Snow Resort Manager is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will assist with removal.
Data Retention & Security
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset progress. Because data stays on-device, you control backup through iCloud/iTunes according to your device settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when features change. The revised date will appear at the top of this section. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.

- How do I earn more money?
- Build revenue buildings, open trails, keep lifts fast, hire staff, and host competitions when your reputation is high enough.
- Why are snow guns not working?
- Check water and energy reserves and make sure air temperature is at or below 2°C. Refill resources from the Dashboard.
- How do I unlock new mountain zones?
- Visit the Mountain Map screen and unlock peaks as your rating grows.
- Can I change the language?
- Yes — open Settings (gear icon) on the main screen and pick from 8 supported languages.
- Does the game require internet?
- No. Snow Resort Manager is fully playable offline after installation.
